Join our dynamic team in the Medical Equipment sector as a Regulatory Affairs Officer / Tenders in Casablanca. This is a unique opportunity to actively contribute to our company's development and bring your expertise to a growing field.

The main objective of this role is to ensure the regulatory compliance of our products and to successfully manage our participation in tenders. You will be a key player in securing our markets and optimizing our commercial processes in the medical sector.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Ensure the registration of products and services in accordance with applicable regulations
- Manage tenders, from preparation to closing, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient execution
- Coordinate and maintain the regulatory compliance of the company's products and services
 

Required profile :

For this role, a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required, ideally in Logistics, Transportation, or Medical/Paramedical fields.

First professional experience of 1 to 2 years in similar roles, ideally in the medical equipment sector or in tender management, would be a major asset.

We are looking for someone with:

• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
• Rigor and organization.
• Mastery of techniques for writing regulatory and tender dossiers.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Proactivity and autonomy.
• Knowledge of specific regulations for medical equipment is a plus.
