Looking for a stimulating opportunity in the Hotel/Restaurant sector? Your next professional adventure awaits you in Marrakech! Join a dynamic group as a Casino Marketing Manager. You will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the reputation of an exceptional establishment and shape our customers' experience.
Your main missions will be to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to increase our casino's visibility, attract a diverse clientele, and build customer loyalty. You will be the driving force behind our promotional campaigns and actively contribute to achieving our commercial objectives, while ensuring that marketing actions align with the establishment's brand image.
- Design and implement multi-channel marketing action plans (digital, events, partnerships).
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities.
- Manage the marketing budget and track the return on investment of actions taken.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, entertainment, operations) to ensure message consistency.
- Organize special events and promotions to boost casino activity.
- Oversee the creation of attractive communication materials.
Your role will be central in defining and deploying the casino's communication and promotion strategy.
Required profile :
You hold a Bac +5 diploma or higher, ideally in Marketing or a related field. Higher education has provided you with a solid theoretical foundation and a deep understanding of marketing challenges.
With 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, you have already proven your ability to implement and monitor marketing campaigns. Previous experience in the hotel, restaurant, or entertainment sector would be a significant asset.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques (SEO, SEA, social media, email marketing).
- Ability to analyze data and draw relevant conclusions.
- Creativity and initiative for impactful campaigns.
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Team spirit and ability to work collaboratively.
- Knowledge of the Moroccan market and the specifics of the gaming and entertainment sector is appreciated.
