Job :

Your main role will be to ensure the success of our recruitment processes, guaranteeing the quality of selected candidates and participating in the continuous improvement of our methods. You will be a key player in our company's growth.

Your tasks will include:

• Defining and writing job offers.
• Sourcing candidates through various channels (job platforms, social networks, employee referrals).
• Screening applications and conducting interviews.
• Coordinating recruitment steps with operational managers.
• Monitoring and analyzing recruitment indicators.
• Participating in cross-functional HR projects.

Required profile :

A Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required, ideally in Human Resources, Personnel, or Training.

A professional experience of 1 to 2 years in a similar role is desired, allowing you to master recruitment challenges.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of interview techniques and sourcing tools is essential.

Your organizational skills, rigor, and ability to work in a team will be real assets for success in this position.

Good knowledge of the Tunisian job market is a plus.
