HR Officer (city center) - Casablanca

Job :

• Manage the administrative side of staff.
• Handle contracts, absences, and leaves.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding new employees.
• Update staff files and HR tracking charts.
• Ensure HR procedures are followed.

Required profile :

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in French, both spoken and written.
• Good command of office tools (Excel, Word).
• Accuracy, organization, discretion, and excellent interpersonal skills.
