Join a major player in the dynamic food industry, located in Had Soualem. This HR & Payroll Officer position offers the opportunity to work at the heart of the human challenges of an industrial structure where operational efficiency is paramount.
Daily responsibilities cover the entire administrative life cycle of employees:
- Manage employee files and employment contracts in compliance with legal frameworks.
- Prepare and check variable elements for precise payroll processing.
- Oversee the administrative follow-up of timekeeping: absences, leave, lateness, and clock-ins.
- Maintain constant awareness of social regulations to ensure compliance.
Required profile :
A Bac+3 (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in Human Resources, management, or a related field is required to understand the complexities of the role.
Proven experience in HR and payroll management is essential, ideally gained in an industrial or food industry environment to understand on-site specifics.
Beyond technical skills, success in this role relies on strong personal and professional qualities:
- Solid mastery of computer tools and payroll software.
- A keen sense of thoroughness, organization, and the ability to handle data with great discretion.
- Residence in Had Soualem is desired for optimal integration.
