As part of the development of the SUPECO network, we are recruiting an HR Officer in Casablanca.
Main mission:
To lead all HR activities in the region, ensuring administrative compliance, coverage of recruitment needs, adherence to standard staffing levels, and control of the payroll mass, while managing field HR teams.
Missions & Responsibilities:
- Anticipate recruitment needs in line with store openings and target staffing levels per store.
- Supervise and lead the recruitment and onboarding processes for employees.
- Ensure administrative management of staff (contracts, absences, timekeeping, trial periods).
- Ensure the accuracy and timely submission of variable payroll data.
- Monitor skills development, support career paths and internal mobility.
- Manage, supervise, and develop the skills of Regional HR Supervisors.
- Oversee HR indicators and produce regular reports.
- Ensure consistency and application of HR policies across the region.
- Manage social relations and support managers in handling sensitive situations.
- Be the reference HR contact at the regional level and contribute to the employer brand.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operational HR, ideally in a multi-site environment or mass distribution.
- Solid skills in HR management, labor law, and team management.
- Leadership, rigor, analytical skills, and results-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to act as a field business partner.
