Your main tasks:
Help implement, manage, and improve the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards, indicators, and reports.
Ensure the reliability, consistency, and quality of HR data.
Analyze social data and create reports and analyses to support decision-making.
Participate in optimizing and digitalizing HR processes by suggesting solutions that meet user needs.
Support users in learning to use HRIS tools and provide functional support.
Ensure HR data compliance with regulations and current procedures.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects and the evolution of HR tools.
Profile sought:
Higher education in Human Resources, Information Systems, Statistics, or equivalent (Master's degree or equivalent).Confirmed experience in HRIS, HR reporting, or social management control.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (Power BI, Business Objects, or equivalent).Good knowledge of HR processes and information systems.
Excellent analytical, synthesis, and data processing skills.
Rigor, organizational skills, team spirit, and results-oriented.
