Job :


• Effectively manage stocks to ensure availability and avoid stockouts
• Coordinate supply, purchasing, and import operations to maintain a smooth and efficient logistics chain
• Generate monitoring and performance indicators related to the function
• Receive and prepare orders from different branches
• Receive and check supplier orders received
• Enter stock data into COSIUM within the given deadlines
• Ensure stock reliability through cycle counts and annual inventory
• Analyze discrepancies and communicate the list for correction in the information system
• Place purchase orders accordingly, within the defined deadlines
• Verify the conformity of medical devices with regulatory requirements before placing an order
• Coordinate import operations with suppliers and logistics providers
• Monitor and ensure the reliability of information system data
• Establish and track indicators and dashboards related to the function
• Ensure compliance with processes and procedures in place for ISO13485 certification


Required profile :


• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Logistics
• Minimum of two years of experience in logistics
• Specific training in logistics
• Proficiency in purchasing and supply processes
• Proficiency in stock management
• Dynamic
• Comfortable with computer tools
• Availability
• Rigor
