As a Hydraulic Workshop Manager, reporting to the Maintenance Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
- Contribute to the reliability of production facilities and ensure rigorous management of factory lubrication;
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the maintenance process;
- Ensure the proper execution of mechanical and boiler-making workshop activities, in order to increase equipment availability and strengthen their reliability, while strictly respecting safety, environmental, and energy requirements.
• Bac +2/3 (2-3 years of higher education after high school), DUT / BTS (technical diplomas) in Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in maintenance management, ideally in the steel industry.
• Solid skills in planning, problem-solving, and process optimization.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with different departments.
• Proactive and results-oriented attitude
• Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, fluids;
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, PID diagrams;
• CMMS software (Coswin).
