Join our dynamic company in the Health sector as a Chief Accountant. Based in Nador, your main mission will be to lead the accounting and financial function, ensuring the reliability of financial information and contributing to the company's strategy.

The main objective of this role is to ensure rigorous accounting and financial management, in compliance with current regulations. It also involves providing relevant financial analyses to support decision-making and optimizing financial processes to support the organization's growth.

• Supervise all daily accounting operations (data entry, bank reconciliations, tax declarations).
• Prepare periodic and annual financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, notes).
• Manage treasury and optimize financial flows.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Ensure regulatory and tax compliance.
• Manage and develop an accounting team.
• Participate in budget preparation and monitor their execution.
• Implement and improve accounting and internal control procedures.

You will be a key player in the financial performance of our establishment.

Required profile :

An educational level of Master's degree (Bac +5), ideally complemented by a specialization in Management, Accounting, Finance, or Health/Social professions.

5 to 10 years of professional experience in similar accounting roles is essential. Experience in the Health sector would be a major asset.

• In-depth mastery of accounting and tax principles.
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS standards would be a plus.
• Proven skills in treasury management and financial analysis.
• Ability to manage a team and delegate effectively.
• Rigor, organization, and foresight.
• Proficiency with computer tools and specialized accounting software.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
