Main tasks:

Prepare varied and balanced meals, mastering Moroccan and international cuisine.

Develop menus based on the needs, preferences, and dietary requirements of the residents.

Draw up lists of needs and manage purchases, ensuring the quality and freshness of products.

Supervise and coordinate the kitchen team and ensure the proper distribution of tasks.

Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and product storage rules.

Ensure a neat presentation of dishes and a service that meets quality standards.

Ensure good kitchen organization, stock management, and optimized supply chains.

Required profile :

• Professional diploma in cooking, gastronomy, or equivalent field required.
• Proven experience in high-end hotels, quality restaurants, and as a cook or chef in a high-level private residence.
• Excellent mastery of Moroccan and international cuisine.

• Oral proficiency in Arabic and French.
• Ability to develop menus, plan purchases, and manage stocks.
• Experience in team supervision or coordination is a plus.
• Sense of organization, discretion, punctuality, autonomy, and strict adherence to confidentiality.
