Join a dynamic company in the Insurance / Brokerage sector as an INSURANCE AGENCY MANAGER. We offer you the opportunity to grow and use your expertise to lead our agency in TANGIER. Your main mission will be to ensure the commercial and operational performance of the agency, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
The goal is to significantly develop the agency's client portfolio, meet and exceed the commercial objectives set by management, while maintaining a high level of service quality. It will also be about retaining existing customers and optimizing the agency's profitability.
Your responsibilities will include managing a commercial and administrative team, implementing the company's commercial strategy, monitoring performance indicators, managing risks, and customer complaints. You will also be responsible for prospecting new markets and developing partnerships.
- Define and implement the agency's commercial strategy.
- Lead, motivate, and support teams to achieve objectives.
- Analyze commercial results and propose corrective actions.
- Ensure the regulatory compliance of the agency's operations.
- Represent the company to partners and institutional clients.
Required profile :
A Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required for this position.
Proven and significant experience of at least 20 years in the insurance sector is essential. Successful managerial experience would be a major asset.
