Job :
Join a dynamic player in the fish production sector located in the heart of the city of Dakhla. As a Production Manager, the role consists of managing industrial activities while ensuring operational excellence and compliance with strict industry standards.
The primary ambition is to optimize production flows while ensuring impeccable quality of finished products. The mission involves ensuring optimal safety for all employees on site while orchestrating compliance with production objectives, deadlines, and quality requirements. Ensure compliance with hygiene rules, food safety, and internal procedures.
The daily routine involves various responsibilities aimed at maintaining a sustainable performance dynamic within the workshops:
Organize, plan, and supervise production activities.
Manage operational teams and ensure task allocation.
Ensure compliance with production objectives, deadlines, and quality requirements.
Ensure compliance with hygiene rules, food safety, and internal procedures.
Monitor performance indicators and propose improvement actions.
Identify and resolve difficulties encountered during production.
Coordinate activities with the quality, maintenance, and logistics departments.
Required profile :
A Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in production, quality, safety, or maintenance is required to understand the technical challenges of the position.
Confirmed professional experience, ideally between 3 to 5 years in a similar role in an industrial environment, will allow for an effective start.
Success in this role relies on strong mastery of industrial processes and ease in team management. Expected skills include:
