Job :

As part of the Marketing Department for Passenger Cars and Light Commercial Vehicles, and in a context of transformation and development, you will report to the Product Manager for Passenger Cars & Light Commercial Vehicles.
You will be responsible for defining, developing, and managing the Mercedes-Benz Value+ offer, which includes genuine accessories, product packages, customization solutions, and additional offers associated with vehicles.
You will contribute to the growth of turnover, margin, and customer experience through a clear, attractive offer aligned with Mercedes-Benz's premium standards.
You will analyze the market, monitor sales performance, promote the offer to the sales network, and support the teams in highlighting Value+ products.

The main activities will be as follows:

  • Manage a portfolio of product families: accessories, packages, additional products, and customization solutions.
  • Analyze the performance of product families.
  • Define item ranges and recommend replenishment.
  • Build commercial offers adapted to models, customer uses, and business priorities.
  • Conduct market analysis, benchmarks, and competitive intelligence.
  • Monitor performance: turnover, margin, average basket size, attachment rate, and stock turnover.
  • Coordinate actions with marketing, sales, after-sales, and logistics teams.
  • Develop merchandising plans and item rotations.
  • Ensure training for sales teams.
  • Develop and update sales support tools: catalogs, presentations, sales arguments, and network tools.

Required profile :

  • With a higher education degree (Bac+5) in Marketing, Business, or equivalent, you have significant experience in product and accessory marketing, preferably in the automotive sector or in a premium environment.
  • You have a strong sensitivity to premium brands, customer experience, and profitability issues.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of marketing and retail.
  • You are analytical, organized, business-oriented, and comfortable with numbers.
  • You know how to communicate, persuade, and work with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • You are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, French, and English.
