Job :
Main Missions
1. Communication Strategy and Plan
Contribute to the development of the annual communication strategy (targets, focus areas, messages, plan)
Develop and manage the 360 communication plan (print, digital, events, press relations, social media)
Define the external editorial calendar in coordination with editorial and sales teams
Ensure the consistency of brand image and messages across all channels
2. Strategic Partnerships Management
Identify, propose, and negotiate media, institutional, and commercial partnerships aligned with the Group's objectives
Build and manage a portfolio of partners (professional associations, institutions, companies, media)
Design, promote, and evaluate partnership protocols
Ensure operational follow-up and reporting of active partnerships
3. Communication Content Production and Distribution
Design and produce institutional communication content (press releases, newsletters, print and digital materials)
Develop and manage B2B and B2C communication tools (media kits, POS displays, presentations, institutional videos)
Coordinate production with external service providers (creative agencies, studios, printers)
Manage institutional publications on the Group's social media and websites
4. Management and Reporting
Oversee budgets and deadlines for all communication projects
Produce monthly reports and campaign/partnership reviews
Share information and conduct competitive analysis of rival media communications

Candidate Profile
Key Skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and Arabic
Strong digital culture: proficiency in social media, CMS tools, and engagement metrics
Ability to manage multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously
Commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Creativity in designing communication content and strategies
Proficiency in office and design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent)
Education & Experience
Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+4 to Bac+5) in communication, marketing, journalism, or information sciences
3 to 5 years of experience in external communication, public relations, or partnership management
Experience in the media or publishing sector is a significant asset
Agility and resilience in a changing environment
Strong results orientation and ability to work in a cross-functional project mode

Bilingual French-Arabic (spoken and written)
