Senior Construction Project Manager - Casablanca

Job :

As the guarantor of the overall success of the construction site, you ensure the alignment between the architectural vision, the budget requirements, the respect of deadlines, and the quality of finishes. To this end, you will:

• Manage construction, renovation, and development projects, from the study phase to delivery
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all stakeholders (design offices, companies, subcontractors)
• Ensure compliance with budgets, contractual deadlines, and quality standards
• Act as the interface between design teams, internal stakeholders, and clients
• Anticipate and resolve technical, financial, and schedule risks throughout the construction site

Required profile :

• Engineering degree (Bac+5) specialized in civil engineering, building, or project management
• 10 to 15 years of experience in site management or execution project management
• Confirmed proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and BIM/Revit methodologies
• Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders (clients, architects, trades)
• Strong technical analysis skills and a keen sense of organization
