Job :
You will join an IT team of 9 people (developers, testers, BAs, technical lead) in charge of a strategic business application in production. The team is undertaking its modernization towards a web solution using AI, while ensuring service continuity.
You will manage this transformation project and support the team in adopting agile practices, in close collaboration with the client's business departments and IT department.
Missions:
- Manage the IT project from start to finish, in conjunction with the business departments: scope, budget, deadlines.
- Identify risks and manage action plans.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present milestones and committees.
- Ensure reporting, alert, and propose solutions.
- Coordinate all contributors, internal and external.
- Lead a team of 9 people in agile mode and support change, particularly the adoption of AI.
- Ensure a collaborative and respectful work environment.
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac+5) with 5 to 8 years of experience in complex project management, including team management experience.
- Proficiency in agile (Scrum) and traditional methods; an agile certification is a plus.
- Good knowledge of AI applied to IT projects.
- Experience in application modernization or migration is an asset.
- Leadership, decision-making skills, with a supportive yet demanding approach.
- Results and client satisfaction oriented.
