What if you led the AI transformation for a group present on 3 continents?

ADM Value places innovation at the heart of its strategy and is looking for its future Senior Project Manager Innovation & AI to lead the transformation of its contact centers in Morocco, Senegal, and Spain.

Reporting to the Group Operations Department, you are more than a technical expert: you are the conductor of AI projects, able to communicate with an Operations Director as well as a floor Activity Manager, while knowing how to present the value of your solutions to our international clients.

Your missions

Define and drive the Innovation & AI strategy

• Build and maintain the AI roadmap for contact centers
• Identify use cases with high operational value
• Actively monitor innovations (generative AI, NLP, Speech Analytics, conversational agents, RPA, etc.)

Manage transformation projects

• Lead projects from need identification to industrial deployment
• Structure Proofs of Concept (POCs) and pilot projects before scaling them up
• Coordinate Operations, IT, Data, HR, Quality teams, and technology partners

Support our clients

• Participate in steering committees and represent innovation expertise
• Present the benefits of proposed solutions (performance, ROI, compliance)
• Co-create innovation roadmaps with clients

Support the teams

• Train and support managers, activity leaders, and operational teams
• Promote the adoption of new tools
• Structure Group standards and best practices

Manage performance

• Define success indicators and measure project ROI
• Track operational gains (productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and AI governance

Fluent French · Professional English required · Spanish appreciated

Mobility
Position based in Rabat, with regular travel to Morocco, Senegal, and Spain

Required profile :

You can unite diverse stakeholders around ambitious projects, and you enjoy understanding business needs as much as the technologies that transform them.

• Education: Master's degree (5 years) (Engineering school, Business school, or University)
• Experience: 5 to 10 years in contact centers, operational transformation, consulting, or deployment of digital/AI solutions, with proven experience in managing cross-functional projects and interacting with high-level stakeholders
• Technical skills: good command of AI technologies applied to customer relations (generative AI/LLM, NLP, Speech & Text Analytics, conversational agents, RPA), good knowledge of omnichannel environments and key contact center metrics
