Job :

Reporting to the Digital Transformation and Performance Management Department, the Digital Project Manager supports the Senior Digital Transformation Manager on the institution's structuring projects, and works autonomously on digital projects of moderate complexity. They contribute to the formalization of functional needs, the operational monitoring of digital projects, and user support, while respecting the various identified constraints.

Main missions:

Digital project ownership and framing

  • Gather, analyze, and formalize the functional needs of academic departments and executive directorates;
  • Contribute to writing functional specifications and general specifications;
  • Participate in functional acceptance testing phases: prepare test cases, document bugs, and ensure their follow-up until resolution;
  • Ensure the update of functional documentation and project deliverables (minutes, traceability matrices, test plans).

Change management & user support

  • Participate in the development and execution of change management plans;
  • Prepare communication and training materials;
  • Lead or co-lead training sessions for users;
  • Provide close follow-up of users in the post-deployment phase and centralize bug reports and evolution requests;
  • Contribute to project communication to internal stakeholders.

Required profile :

Education Level: Master's degree (Bac+5), from engineering or business schools, or equivalent university degree


Professional Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience (including internships and work-study programs) in IT project management, digital transformation, or AMOA. Initial experience in the higher education, research, or training sector is appreciated. Knowledge of academic processes (student administration, curriculum design, exam management) is a plus.


Project Management and MOA Skills:

  • Knowledge of MOA methods: requirements gathering, writing functional specifications, participation in acceptance testing;
  • Ability to produce quality deliverables (meeting minutes, action plans, functional documentation);
  • Excellent communication and project management skills,

Digital Skills:

  • Ability to identify new opportunities, mock up ideas, and conduct digital experiments;
  • Ability to collaborate with AI to deliver faster and better;
  • Fluent use of task-management tools and hybrid workspace tools;
  • Proficiency in office and collaborative tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Teams).

Soft Skills

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (V-model, Agile/Scrum), understanding of IT challenges related to universities is a major asset,
  • Good communication skills, dynamic, serious, organized, good interpersonal skills, proactive, sense of responsibility, stress resistance.
