Main Tasks:
Project Management
- Define the scope of team projects (new enablers, platform evolutions, blueprints): scope, milestones, workload, dependencies.
- Build and monitor the roadmap and schedule; anticipate risks and propose action plans.
- Coordinate stakeholders: IDH Infra team, operations, security, Data and project teams, publishers, and suppliers (including Huawei).
- Ensure reporting (progress indicators, project status) and lead follow-up and steering committees.
- Monitor budget and resources when applicable.
Scrum Master
- Lead agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint review, retrospective, backlog refinement.
- Support the Product Owner in building and prioritizing the backlog.
- Remove obstacles that hinder the team and protect its ability to deliver.
- Track agile metrics (velocity, burndown, lead time) and drive continuous improvement.
- Adapt the framework (Scrum / Kanban) to the reality of a platform team that combines projects and on-demand requests.
Demand Management & Relationship with Stakeholders
- Centralize and qualify requests from project teams (access to enablers, new resources, evolutions).
- Organize the onboarding of teams onto the platform and enablers.
- Collect usage feedback and integrate it into the roadmap.
Governance & Documentation
- Ensure project documentation and processes are maintained (Definition of Done, ticket workflow, deployment management).
- Contribute to defining processes with the operations team (transition to run, change management).
Required profile :
Profile Sought
Master's degree in IT or Project Management (engineering school, business school, or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, including 2 years as a Scrum Master, ideally within technical teams (infra, DevOps, platform).
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management.
- Tracking tools: GitLab (issues, boards, milestones), Jira, Confluence.
- Solid technical understanding of cloud and DevOps: understanding of Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD, sufficient to interact with the team and evaluate topics.
- Risk management, dependency management, and reporting.
- Appreciated Skills
- Experience in infrastructure, cloud platform, or security (IAM) projects.
- Knowledge of Huawei Cloud Stack or another private cloud.
- Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe) and ITIL.
- Certifications: PSM / CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe.

- Leadership and ability to unite without hierarchical authority.
- Excellent communication, written and oral.
- Organization, rigor, and sense of priorities.
- Diplomacy and ability to manage trade-offs between teams.
- Fluent French and English (written and oral) required.
