The main objective is to ensure smooth and efficient coordination of the dining room teams, guaranteeing impeccable quality of service. It is about being the guarantor of customer satisfaction, by anticipating their needs and paying attention to every detail for a perfect gastronomic experience.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising the dining room service.
• Welcoming guests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Taking orders accurately and offering suitable suggestions.
• Ensuring the service of food and drinks with precision.
• Maintaining cleanliness and table settings.
• Managing customer relations, responding to specific requests and resolving any issues.
• Participating in the training of new team members.

Required profile :

A training at the Baccalaureate level, ideally in Hospitality / Restaurant professions, is the expected foundation for this position.

Professional experience of 2 years or more in similar restaurant roles is required. This period has allowed you to develop a solid understanding of the profession's requirements and ease in managing teams and customers.
