Join a dynamic company and a key player in the sale of passenger cars and commercial vehicles, as an Automotive Sales Manager in El Jadida. You will be a key player in the development of our business, contributing directly to the growth and success of our company in the automotive market.

Your main mission will be to develop and retain our automotive customer base. You will need to achieve defined sales targets, manage your client portfolio, and prospect new markets. You will have to analyze the market, identify opportunities, and adapt your strategy accordingly to ensure our sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Here are some of the main tasks you will be entrusted with:

• Develop and implement an effective commercial strategy for the automotive sector.
• Manage a portfolio of existing clients and prospect for new clients.
• Negotiate contracts and follow up on client relationships.
• Ensure order follow-up and product delivery.
• Participate in the development of commercial offers and pricing.
• Analyze sales results and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis.
• Collaborate with various company departments (production, logistics, etc.).

You will work closely with the sales team and various company departments to ensure the success of your missions.

Required profile :

To succeed in this role, it is essential to have an education level of Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher, with a specialization in Automotive Sales. Proficiency in the Moroccan automotive market and its specifics is a plus.

We are looking for a candidate with 3 to 8 years of professional experience in a similar role. Significant experience in sales or negotiation within a B2B environment is required. Experience in the automotive sector would be a definite asset.
