- Supervise, motivate, and support a team of technicians,
- Plan and distribute the team's daily activities,
- Ensure the follow-up of technical interventions,
- Work on the electrical and electronic systems of BUSES,
- Oversee and participate in the diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of batteries,
- Participate in the diagnosis and resolution of complex technical problems,
- Ensure the skill development of technicians through coaching and training.
Required profile :
- Technical training in automotive mechanics, electromechanics, or a similar field.
- Significant experience in the automotive environment,
- Desired experience with battery systems (diagnosis, maintenance, repair).
- Strong skills in technical diagnosis and problem-solving.
- Leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to unite a team.
- Good communication and decision-making skills.
