Job :
Supervise, motivate, and support a team of technicians,
Plan and distribute the team's daily activities,
Ensure the follow-up of technical interventions,
Work on the electrical and electronic systems of BUSES,
Oversee and participate in the diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of batteries,
Participate in the diagnosis and resolution of complex technical problems,
Ensure the skill development of technicians through coaching and training.
Required profile :
Technical training in automotive mechanics, electromechanics, or a similar field.
Significant experience in the automotive environment,
Desired experience with battery systems (diagnosis, maintenance, repair).
Strong skills in technical diagnosis and problem-solving.
Leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to unite a team.
Good communication and decision-making skills.
