Job :

  • Supervise, motivate, and support a team of technicians,
  • Plan and distribute the team's daily activities,
  • Ensure the follow-up of technical interventions,
  • Work on the electrical and electronic systems of BUSES,
  • Oversee and participate in the diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of batteries,
  • Participate in the diagnosis and resolution of complex technical problems,
  • Ensure the skill development of technicians through coaching and training.
     

Required profile :

  • Technical training in automotive mechanics, electromechanics, or a similar field.
  • Significant experience in the automotive environment,
  • Desired experience with battery systems (diagnosis, maintenance, repair).
  • Strong skills in technical diagnosis and problem-solving.
  • Leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to unite a team.
  • Good communication and decision-making skills.
