Job :
- To lead and organize the team's work.
- To plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
- To supervise HVAC units, chiller units, and VRV/VRF systems.
- To monitor plumbing and sanitary installations and networks.
- To diagnose faults and supervise repairs.
- To check the quality of the interventions carried out.
- To ensure reporting of interventions and CMMS monitoring.
- To manage customer relations.
- To ensure safety rules are followed.
Required profile :
Profile Sought:
- Associate's degree / Bachelor's degree in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or Energy Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience, including 3 years in team leadership.
Certifications
- Refrigerant handling certificate.
- Electrical authorization B1V / BR.
