Job :
Main Responsibilities:
• Ensure the proper execution of the production program, meeting cost, quality, deadline, and safety objectives.
• Lead and motivate their team.
Main Activities:
• Transmit and explain production instructions.
• Monitor the performance of their team hour by hour according to predefined objectives.
• Receive completed manufacturing orders.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and identify productivity opportunities.
• Comply with and ensure compliance with quality specifications, procedures, and operating methods.
• Coordinate with the methods department for the launch of new products or materials.
• Ensure adherence to the technical specifications of the machines.
• Monitor the proper functioning of their equipment and report any malfunctions to maintenance.
• Oversee the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance actions.
• Evaluate the performance of their team.
• Develop the versatility and skills of their team.
• Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping rules.
Required profile :
Profile Sought:
Education:
2-3 year degree (DUT/BTS) or Professional Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience:
You have 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
