Job :
Your main tasks:
Prepare, set up, and supervise plastic injection machines.
Organize and coordinate the work of a team of 34 operators.
Ensure production monitoring and compliance with quality requirements.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to machines and the production process.
Optimize performance, productivity, and the smooth operation of equipment.
Train and support operators in applying procedures and best practices.
Collaborate with different departments to improve industrial performance.
Required profile :
On behalf of our client, an industrial company specializing in plastic injection with over 200 employees, we are recruiting an experienced Team Leader / Mold Setter to supervise production and manage a team of 34 operators.
Your main tasks:
Prepare, set up, and supervise plastic injection machines.
Organize and coordinate the work of a team of 34 operators.
Ensure production monitoring and compliance with quality requirements.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to machines and the production process.
Optimize performance, productivity, and the smooth operation of equipment.
Train and support operators in applying procedures and best practices.
Collaborate with different departments to improve industrial performance.
Profile sought:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in plastic injection.
Confirmed experience in setting up injection machines and production supervision.
Proven experience in team management.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production documents.
Leadership, rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills.
Conditions:
Position based in Had Soualem.
