The Regional Multiservices Company (SRM) Casablanca-Settat is the first SRM in the Kingdom of Morocco, operational since October 2024. It manages the public services of drinking water, electricity, and liquid sanitation distribution for over 7 million inhabitants, with an investment program exceeding 60 billion dirhams.

As part of structuring its Financial Department, SRM Casablanca-Settat is simultaneously recruiting four Service Heads.

The positions to fill

• Head of General Accounting Service
• Head of Debt Management Service
• Head of Financial Engineering and Financing Service
• Head of Customer Management Service

Common missions for all four positions

To lead and supervise the activities within their scope, manage a team, produce analyses and reports for the General Management, ensure compliance with standards and procedures, contribute to the transformation projects of the financial information system (SAP S/4HANA), and represent the function with internal and external stakeholders (banks, funders, public institutions, partners).

Required profile :

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION MANDATORY:

• BAC+5 diploma recognized by the State from a top business school or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit and Management Control, Economics, or equivalent
• A specialization in public finance, financial engineering, or debt management is an asset

Professional experience:

• Experience of 3 to 5 years in finance, financial management
• Experience in the public sector or financial institutions is highly desirable
