The Association for the Promotion of Excellence in Education ("APEE"), a non-profit organization recognized as being of public utility, the management structure of the "Mohammed VI Excellence High School" and the "Rabat Excellence High School", aims to promote excellence in education for Moroccan students from diverse social backgrounds and to facilitate access to top national and international schools and prestigious universities.

Job :

The Coach will work on a part-time and/or occasional basis to lead training sessions for the student-athletes of the Rabat Excellence High School, as part of the program defined by Lydex. During their intervention, he/she will ensure the technical quality, safety, and motivation of the students, while respecting the values of excellence, discipline, and sports ethics of the institution.

• Lead the assigned training sessions, according to the relevant specialty and the established program;

• Adapt the proposed exercises to the level and progression goals of the student-athletes present during their sessions;
• Ensure the supervision, monitoring, and safety of student-athletes throughout the session;
• Observe the technical and physical progress of the students and provide regular feedback to the manager;
• Contribute, as part of their interventions, to the transmission of values of discipline, rigor, and sports excellence;
• Participate, upon request and availability, in the supervision of student-athletes during national and international competitions;
• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of equipment used during their sessions;
• Immediately report any incident, injury, or risk situation that occurs during a session to the manager.

Required profile :

Knowledge

• Coaching diploma in the relevant discipline issued by a recognized federation;
• At least 10 years of experience in coaching students or athletes;
• Knowledge of sports training principles specific to the taught specialty;
• Good communication skills and ability to motivate student-athletes.
 

Skills

• Development of individualized and/or collective training plans;
• Technical and motivational coaching of a group of athletes;
• Planning, monitoring, and evaluation of performance indicators;
• Ability to analyze performance data and produce structured sports reports;
• Mastery of safety and injury prevention rules;
• Logistical organization around competitions;
• Supervision and optimization of the management of athletics equipment;
• Adaptability;
• Good time and priority management.
