Job :
- Make phone calls to find new customers.
- Present the company's products and services.
- Answer customer questions and give advice.
- Create and follow price quotes and orders.
- Keep in touch with customers and build loyalty.
- Negotiate sales terms and help reach sales goals.
- Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required profile :
Some previous experience as an inside sales representative is preferred;
Good communication and phone skills;
Dynamic, organized, and results-oriented;
Good command of French.
