Job :

Your mission will be to achieve booking, collection, and destocking objectives while ensuring excellent customer service quality:

  • Promote products to the target clientele
  • Manage a client portfolio
  • Achieve sales targets as defined by the Team Leader and Sales Manager
  • Welcome prospects and organize visits to the project and the show apartment
  • Ensure the qualification and feeding of the client database
  • Carry out field prescription and prospecting missions
  • Fully use the information system provided and ensure the quality of the data entered
  • Ensure the completeness of data and the proper creation of client files
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up of payment deadlines with clients
  • Follow up on your client portfolio, especially in the after-sales phase, to encourage referrals
  • Strictly adhere to current commercial procedures
  • Participate in and deploy the group's commercial policy



 


Required profile :

Basic education: Minimum Bac + 3 in commercial management

Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience, ideally in real estate
 

Soft skills:
- Integrity, rigor, objectivity, and compliance with rules
- Have a performance and challenge-driven mindset
- Demonstrate curiosity and creativity
- Be attentive to the market and new developments
- Interpersonal skills and listening abilities
- Negotiation skills
