Join our dynamic team in the Distribution sector as a CCTV Field Sales representative, based in Marrakech. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your talents in a growing company.

The main objective is to grow revenue in your geographical area by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones. You will be the ambassador for our innovative video surveillance solutions.

Your main tasks will include:

• Job Description:
  As a Regional Field Sales representative for the video surveillance system, you will be responsible for developing sales in your assigned region. Your mission will be to promote our video surveillance solutions, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with our existing customers.
• Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for new potential customers in the assigned region.
  • Present and promote video surveillance products to customers.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with current and future customers.
  • Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Participate in professional events and trade shows to represent the company.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

  Requirements:
  • Proven previous experience in sales, preferably in the technology or security sector.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage a sales territory.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and ability to close deals.
  • Flexibility for frequent travel within the region.
• Additional qualifications (assets):
  • Relevant commercial or technical training (Bac+2, equivalent to an Associate's degree).
  • Specific experience in selling video surveillance or security products.
  • Proficiency in computer tools and customer relationship management software.
  

Required profile :

A Bac +2 level (equivalent to an Associate's degree) is required for this position.

Experience between 1 to 3 years in a sales role, ideally in selling technical solutions, is sought.

We are looking for someone specializing in Sales / Commercial / Export. Excellent communication skills, a sharp sense of negotiation, and a strong results-orientation are essential. Proficiency in sales techniques and good knowledge of the electronic security market would be a considerable asset. You are known for your autonomy, thoroughness, and proactivity.
