We are recruiting for one of our clients, a key player in banking equipment and cash processing solutions, a B2B Field Sales Representative based in Casablanca.
Main tasks:
- Develop and manage a B2B client portfolio (banks, large companies, retail networks, service companies, etc.)
- Actively prospect new clients and identify new sales opportunities
- Make regular field visits to strengthen the company's sales presence
- Present, promote, and sell cash processing solutions and banking equipment
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist clients in choosing solutions tailored to their needs
- Prepare sales proposals, conduct negotiations, and finalize sales
- Follow up on projects and coordinate with technical and administrative teams
- Develop lasting, trustworthy relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction
- Conduct competitive analysis and report market trends
- Provide regular sales reporting via CRM and track performance indicators
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac+3/5) in sales, marketing, or sales management
- Minimum 3 years of successful experience in B2B field sales
- Experience in banking equipment, cash processing solutions, payment systems, or technological equipment is highly desirable
- Good command of prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Autonomy, organization, and strong results orientation
- Driver's license required
