Mission: The "Communication & ESG Specialist" embodies a key role at the intersection of social responsibility and employee engagement. He/She will design and manage DXC CDG's ESG actions, aligned with the company's strategic priorities, while contributing to strengthening the internal culture through engaging communication. His/her role aims to create meaning, mobilize teams around our values, and promote our commitments in terms of sustainability, inclusion, and social impact.
Profile:
• Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in Communication, Sustainable Development, Marketing.
Professional Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Internal Communication;
• Experience in managing cross-functional projects and facilitating workshops;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing ESG / CSR strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
1. ESG / CSR Component (80-90%)
• Design, deploy, and monitor the company's ESG/CSR plan.
• Ensure regulatory and sector watch on ESG issues.
• Manage ESG reporting (internal and external).
• Implement impact initiatives: inclusion, environment, equal opportunities, etc.
• Lead the internal CSR community and coordinate stakeholders.
• Act as the internal point of contact on ESG matters for employees, management, and external partners.
2. Internal Communication Component (10-20%)
• Contribute to promoting ESG actions through internal communication channels.
• Participate in content creation (newsletters, short videos, articles, etc.).
• Collaborate on promoting company culture and OneTeam engagement.
• Support internal visibility of strategic projects and key events.

• Mastery of CSR / ESG issues.
• Ability to work in a project-based manner.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills (FR/ENG).
• Sense of pedagogy and diplomacy.
• Rigor, autonomy, and commitment.
Behavioral Skills:
• Analytical skills and ability to synthesize, with careful attention to detail;
• Organizational skills and excellent prioritization in a multi-project environment;
• Ability to unite, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders;

• High degree of autonomy, while ensuring smooth transversal coordination;
• Creativity in designing content and employee experiences;
• Commitment to environmental and social issues.
Technical and Linguistic Skills:
• Excellent command of writing, storytelling, and simplifying complex topics;
• Bilingual French / English;
• Very good command of collaborative tools (Teams, Outlook, intranet, mobile platforms);
• Advanced mastery of the Office Suite (Excel for dashboards, PowerPoint for presentations);
• Knowledge of internal survey tools (SurveyMonkey, Microsoft Forms, etc.);
• Good understanding of ESG/CSR standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 26000, CSRD, sector labels: CGEM, BIA).
