Job :
Reporting to the Financial Department, you will be responsible for:
Archiving and entering commercial and asset data into accounting software.
Recording accounting operations in the accounting books.
Preparing summary documents: income statements, account balances, operating or income statements, balance sheets.
Monitoring the processing of customer and supplier invoices.
Preparing a monthly report on the company's accounting situation.
Preparing payroll for staff, as well as tax and social security declarations.
Managing unpaid accounts.
Participating in information system management by developing IT tools to optimize their operation.
Handling all financial and accounting charges.
Managing accounts, company personnel, and relationships with financial institutions.
Providing regular reports to senior management.
Distributing tasks among colleagues.
Managing and coordinating the activities of your department.
Supervising accounting operations.
Ensuring the follow-up of banking and accounting operations.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
Associate's degree to Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management.
3 to 6 years of experience in a similar role.
Good command of Moroccan accounting and tax standards.
Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP software.
Rigor, organizational skills, and adherence to deadlines.
Analytical skills and confidentiality.
Good communication skills, both written and oral.
