Real Estate Accountant - CASABLANCA

Company :

As part of the development of its activities, a group operating in the real estate sector is looking for a Real Estate Accountant to strengthen its financial team.

Job :

• Ensure the maintenance and follow-up of the accounting for real estate companies;
• Enter and control accounting operations;
• Ensure the follow-up of customer, supplier, and treasury accounts;
• Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliation;
• Monitor payments, receipts, and disbursements;
• Ensure accounting follow-up of real estate transactions;
• Participate in monthly and annual closing tasks;
• Prepare the necessary elements for tax declarations;
• Participate in the preparation of accounting statements and reports;
• Ensure the filing and archiving of accounting documents.

Required profile :

Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or Master's degree (Bac+5) in accounting, finance, or management;

Experience of 2 to 5 years in a similar position, ideally in the real estate sector;

Good command of general accounting;

Good knowledge of Moroccan tax law;

Proficiency in Excel and accounting software;

Rigor, organization, and sense of responsibility;

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
