Job :

Processing of accounting operations
• Ensure the recording of accounting entries (coding, entry, control, and filing of documents) in compliance with the current accounting plan;• Ensure the control of accounting documents (journal, ledger, trial balance);• Ensure the compliance of documents and the justification of all accounts; Ensure periodic reconciliation of accounting transactions with bank data;• Ensure the analysis of accounting transactions and respond to requests for justification;• Ensure the preparation of regulatory accounting statements within deadlines.
Compliance analysis
• Ensure the preparation and submission of tax declarations, within regulatory deadlines, in accordance with current procedures;• Contribute to the production of deliverables and support materials for governance bodies;• Contribute to the production of reporting to regulators and other stakeholders;• Contribute to the smooth running of internal and external audits;• Ensure business monitoring of changes required by regulations.
Contribute to the development of your unit's activity
• Contribute to the improvement of your unit's procedures
• Ensure the filing and archiving of files.
 

Required profile :

• Bachelor's degree (Bac +2/3) from a business school or equivalent, with a specialization in finance/accounting;• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting.• In-depth knowledge of general accounting;• Mastery of techniques for preparing accounting and regulatory statements;• Ability to analyze and monitor accounts;• Proficient in using computer tools (Knowledge of Oracle GL would be an asset);• Autonomous, rigorous, and organized;• Detail-oriented and quality-focused;• High adaptability.
