As part of strengthening the financial department, we are recruiting a versatile Accountant specialized in supplier management.
The position is within a structured industrial environment, requiring rigor, reactivity, and analytical skills, to ensure the reliability of accounting operations and compliance with payment deadlines. 

Your missions will be:

• Record supplier invoices (raw materials, services, general expenses)
• Check the compliance of accounting documents (invoices, purchase orders, receiving slips)
• Monitor supplier accounts and analyze balances
• Prepare supplier payments and track payment schedules
• Manage bank reconciliations related to supplier operations
• Participate in monthly and annual closing (provisions, cut-off, justifications)
• Handle supplier disputes in coordination with the relevant departments
• Contribute to improving accounting procedures and internal control

Required profile :

• Education: Bac+2 / Bac+3 in accounting, finance, or management
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in an accounting role, ideally in an industrial or multi-supplier environment
• Good command of supplier accounting operations and account keeping
• Proficiency with office tools (Excel in particular) and ERP systems (a plus)
• Rigor, attention to detail, and respect for deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel (versatility)
• Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Discretion and confidentiality
