Missions :

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, your main mission is to ensure the bookkeeping by coordinating and verifying general and analytical accounting data.

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, your main mission is to ensure the bookkeeping by coordinating and verifying general and analytical accounting data.

• General Accounting:
  • Process payroll elements and accounting documents.
  • Code accounting documents, to facilitate access in case of analysis, complaint, or control.
  • File accounting documents
  • Create journals and accounting accounts with the approval of the accounting manager
  • Track accounting archives
  • Perform a preliminary check of purchase files
  • Provide accounting information for budget preparation and studies
  • Participate in statutory auditor missions (provide requested documents)
  • Perform a primary analysis of accounting accounts
  • Process rectifications required following accounting reporting and the accounting manager's recommendations
  • Prepare the provisions file
  • Generate and issue financial statements (trial balances, general ledgers, reporting)
• Analytical Accounting:
  • Perform an initial reliability check on analytical reports
  • Participate in the analysis and commentary of accounts
  • Prepare appendices concerning the annual balance sheet
• Tax Process:
  • Prepare tax declarations (VAT, Corporate Tax, ..........)
  • Monitor the reconciliation of VAT, Income Tax, and social security accounts

Required profile :

Holder of a Bac+2/3 (Associate's/Bachelor's degree) in Accounting, you have 5 years of experience as an accountant.

Fully independent and with good interpersonal skills, you have a good sense of analysis and synthesis. You have a passion for numbers and you master the principles of accounting.

You have a good knowledge of general accounting and analytical accounting with knowledge of taxation, the purchasing process, and inventory management.

Your rigor, organizational skills, commitment, and autonomy are key elements to succeed in this position.
