Job :
Design of training modules and programs:
- Collects, identifies, and analyzes training needs and requests
- Defines the appropriate educational path for the learner's profile and level
- Designs and adapts training materials according to profiles
- Determines and produces the various training deliverables
- Designs E-learning modules
- Experiments, tests, and validates new educational tools and methods
- Develops and implements training evaluation methods (Skills validation, quizzes, etc.)
- Ensures technological watch in their field
Digital educational content design (Video capsules, MOOCs, etc.):
- Analyzes needs and produces storyboards
- Collaborates with trainers on the production of graphic, animated, audiovisual, and interactive content (graphic charters, drawings, images, pictograms, videos, 2D/3D animations, special effects, sounds, typography, etc.) to be used in face-to-face and online training
- Sets up, uses, and manages pre- and post-production tools and systems (Software, production equipment, audiovisual equipment such as cameras, sound and video mixers, lighting, etc.)
- Provides new design/creation methods and ideas to make training materials much more captivating, engaging, and enjoyable to watch/use
E-learning platform management and animation:
- Manages registrations for network and headquarters employees
- Manages access (creation, password updates, user updates, etc.)
- Handles online course uploading and creation
- Monitors and tracks platform reporting
Required profile :
Education Level: Bachelor's +3/4
Experience: Training designer with a minimum of 5 years of experience (Motion graphics designer with proven experience)
Technical Skills:
- Mastery of instructional engineering techniques
- Mastery of pedagogical animation techniques
- Proficiency in office software tools
- Mastery of the French language (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in audiovisual tools (Adobe Suite, Final Cut, Articulate360°, Adobe Captivate, Adobe CC suite...)
- Knowledge of post-production work (editing, mixing, color grading, special effects)
- Operational knowledge of audiovisual equipment (shooting, editing, sound mixing, lighting, recording)
- Knowledge of different techniques for image and sound broadcasting
- Proficiency in AI tools is a plus
