Job :

- Supervise all construction and finishing work for a real estate complex in Dakar

Work Management
1. Supervise all construction and finishing work for the structures
2. Check that the work carried out complies with the project plans and specifications
3. Plan and ensure that deadlines are met by the various parties involved
4. Coordinate all service providers and project management
5. Assist and participate in the acceptance of works by the project management
6. Ensure the delivery of the properties or structures and provide after-sales service and ensure smooth operation during use.

Required profile :

- You have significant experience (minimum 5 years) as a Works Supervisor in building construction, with a property developer, a coordination firm, or even a construction company
- You have solid skills in site and construction project management techniques for all trades (TCE)
- Knowledge of Senegalese building standards would be an asset.
- Fluency in French is essential, both spoken and written.
