The mission is to manage and oversee railway signaling construction sites at an operational level.
This includes supervising construction in the designated area, monitoring the technical and regulatory compliance of the work performed by subcontractors. As part of this role, and depending on the needs of the site, it includes:
* Organizing and supervising the execution of signaling work by subcontractors in the area
(e.g., signal installation, traffic light installation, cable laying in technical rooms, cabinets, buildings);
* Contributing to the development and monitoring of the detailed schedule for their area, in line with the
overall schedule for the signaling package;
* Performing checks to ensure the compliance of work done by subcontractors, based on
studies (DEX, PT, PV) and technical documents;
* Identifying and resolving blocking points and critical issues in the quality plan that prevent work from continuing;
* Monitoring the availability of materials and consumables, in coordination with the site logistics team;
* Applying and enforcing the safety and quality rules of the contract (PPSPS, PAQ,
QSE procedures) and filling out monitoring documents (daily reports, non-conformance reports, incident reports);
* Acting as the on-site liaison with the site management;
* Participating in meetings (weekly, progress meetings..), reporting daily progress and immediately escalating any technical, safety, or contractual risks.
Experience in railway signaling construction
Minimum 10 years of experience
Degree (Engineer or equivalent; technician)
