Your mission as a Customer Advisor:

As a Customer Advisor, you will play an essential role by:

Responding accurately to Canadian market customer requests during the hours of 1 PM to 1 AM (local time).
Handling incoming calls to answer questions and resolve customer issues, while ensuring rigorous follow-up.
Demonstrating advanced technical skills: using tools and technologies to understand and resolve complex situations.

Required profile :

The profile of our Game-Changers:

We are looking for talents who:

Perfectly master French, both written and spoken
Are available to work between 1 PM and 1 AM (local time)
Have excellent communication skills: clarity, patience, with the ability to explain technical solutions simply
Have good technical aptitude: understanding of digital tools and technical systems, with a curiosity to learn quickly
Are organized, independent, proactive, and able to effectively manage priorities even under pressure
Recruitment Process

Online tests (1h): After receiving your application, you will receive an email to participate in a series of interactive tests evaluating your language, technical, and personality skills.

Phone interview: Exploratory conversation with a member of our recruitment team to discover Concentrix and confirm your profile fit.

In-person interview: In-depth discussion to validate your skills and align your ambitions with our culture.
