As part of our business development, we are recruiting Sales Advisors for the Mercedes-Benz brand.
Reporting to the Sales Department, your main responsibilities will be to:
Welcome, advise, and assist clients in their vehicle acquisition project.
Promote and sell new vehicles as well as associated services...
Develop and retain a portfolio of individual and professional clients.
Identify client needs and propose suitable solutions while respecting brand standards.
Conduct Test Drives and ensure a luxury customer experience throughout the sales process.
Follow up on prospects and commercial opportunities.
Achieve set sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Represent the image and values of the Mercedes-Benz brand through impeccable customer service.
Required profile :
With a Bac+3/5 degree in sales or equivalent, you ideally have successful prior experience in sales, preferably in the automotive sector or in a premium environment.
The ideal candidate stands out through:
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
A neat appearance and professional communication
A strong focus on results and sales performance
Good listening and advisory skills
A developed sense for detail, service quality, and customer experience
Knowledge of the automotive sector is a plus.
