Job :

Main Mission:

To act as a brand ambassador, assist and advise prospects and clients throughout the sales process, and ensure customer satisfaction follow-up.

Tasks:

  • Develop a client portfolio by capturing opportunities to generate revenue and growth.
  • Ensure necessary follow-up of this project portfolio and retain clients.
  • Manage customer satisfaction after vehicle delivery and report information.
  • Identify new commercial opportunities.
  • Annual customer follow-up for renewal projects.

Required profile :

  • Minimum Bac+4 level in Commerce/Sales.
  • Knowledge of automotive sales techniques would be a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales.
