Your tasks

As an intermediary between clients and our banking partners, you will be responsible for:

1. Prospecting and assisting clients with their credit consolidation requests
2. Identifying needs and analyzing clients' financial situations
3. Carrying out personalized financing simulations
4. Setting up files and ensuring their follow-up until the funds are released
5. Negotiating the best terms with our partner banks
6. Ensuring quality commercial follow-up to build customer loyalty
7. Contacting clients to optimize returns and conversions
8. Meeting and exceeding set commercial objectives

Required profile :

Profile sought

1. Bachelor's degree to Master's degree in commerce, finance, economics, or equivalent
2. Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
3. Good interpersonal skills and enjoyment of customer contact, especially by phone
4. Challenging spirit and strong motivation to achieve commercial objectives
5. Dynamism, rigor, responsiveness, and listening skills
6. Previous experience in customer relations, telesales, banking, insurance, or call centers is highly appreciated
