Your missions

As an intermediary between clients and our banking partners, you will be responsible for:

1. Prospecting and assisting clients with their credit consolidation requests
2. Identifying needs and analyzing clients' financial situations
3. Carrying out personalized financing simulations
4. Preparing applications and ensuring their follow-up until the funds are released
5. Negotiating the best terms with our partner banks
6. Providing quality commercial follow-up to build customer loyalty
7. Following up with clients to optimize returns and conversions
8. Achieving and exceeding set commercial objectives

Required profile :

Profile sought

1. Bachelor's to Master's degree in commerce, finance, economics, or equivalent
2. Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
3. Good interpersonal skills and enjoyment of customer contact, especially by phone
4. Challenging spirit and strong motivation to achieve commercial objectives
5. Dynamic, rigorous, responsive, and attentive
6. A first experience in customer relations, telesales, banking, insurance, or call center is highly appreciated
