Job :

Join a dynamic team within a company specializing in Offshoring, located in Sidi Maarouf, Casablanca. As a Telesales Commercial Advisor, you will play a key role in developing the business, acquiring new prospects, and retaining existing clients.

Your main mission will be to identify new business opportunities, assess prospect needs, and offer them suitable solutions. You will handle initial contact and follow-ups.

You will use CRM tools to record your interactions and enrich the database with reliable commercial data. You will participate in activity reporting, results analysis, and continuous improvement of prospecting methods.

You will work closely with the sales and administrative teams to ensure good information transfer and efficient handling of new prospects.

Experience in B2B telesales or customer relationship management is recommended, though not essential. Your interpersonal skills, negotiation ability, perseverance, listening skills, and results-oriented approach will be essential assets for success in this role.

Required profile :

For this role of Telesales Commercial Advisor, a minimum of a Bac +2 level (equivalent to a 2-year college degree) is required, ideally in sales, marketing, negotiation, or customer relations, banking, or insurance. Further training in sales techniques or business development will be an advantage.

Professional experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development is expected, but not strictly required. Experience in the Offshoring, Nearshoring, or B2B sector will be particularly appreciated.

• Excellent command of prospecting, sales, and negotiation techniques.
• Ability to identify prospect needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Interpersonal skills and excellent communication by phone, email, and video conference.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and office software, especially Word and Excel.
• Strong results orientation, perseverance, and ability to achieve sales targets.
• Organizational skills and rigor in following up with prospects and clients.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with operational and administrative departments.
• Excellent command of French, both written and spoken.
