Join our dynamic car dealership located in the heart of Casablanca as a Used Car Sales Advisor. This opportunity is in an exciting sector: Automotive / Motorcycles / Cycles. Your role will be central to achieving sales targets and satisfying our customers.
Your main mission will be to maximize sales of used vehicles while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. It will also involve developing and retaining a demanding clientele, thus actively contributing to the growth of our establishment's revenue.
As a Used Car Sales Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming, advising, and assisting customers with their used vehicle purchase projects.
- Presenting different available models, their features, and benefits.
- Negotiating sales conditions and finalizing transactions.
- Following up on customer files, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
- Actively participating in promoting commercial offers and dealership events.
- Constantly monitoring the used car market to anticipate needs and propose suitable vehicles.
Required profile :
To excel in this role, a degree equivalent to a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required. Training in Sales / Business / Export will be particularly appreciated.
We are looking for someone with experience ranging between 1 to 5 years in a sales role, ideally in the automotive sector, and specifically in the used vehicle market.
Your strengths for success include:

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Good knowledge of the automotive market and used vehicles.
- An aptitude for negotiation and closing sales.
