Job :

Responsibilities:
  • Answer calls and emails professionally
  • Work towards achieving individual and team goals
  • Participate in team meetings and debriefing sessions
  • Report any issues hindering work to the Team Leader
  • Ensure consistent quality
  • Adhere to schedules and calendars
  • Understand and follow internal procedures and processes
  • Maintain a balance between quantity and quality (with assistance from quality analysts, trainers, and team leaders)
  • Understand and consider the impact of performance on service level
  • Monitor inbox and queue
  • Provide suggestions for improvement regarding the client's internal procedures and processes

Required profile :

  • Education Level:Minimum Associate's degree (Bac+2)
  • Experience Level:Previous call center experience would be appreciated
  • Proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoken
  • Ability to adapt and learn procedures and tools
