Job :

Daily Tasks:

  • Prepare the customer's service appointment (spare part availability, workshop resources, technical information, service history……).
  • Receive the customer according to applicable standards.
  • Confirm the work to be done with the customer and create the repair order.
  • Update the customer database (Address, e-mail, phone number……).
  • Follow up on ongoing repairs with workshop staff.
  • Coordinate with the customer on the progress of maintenance and/or repair work.
  • Prepare the vehicle for delivery to the customer.
  • Explain the work performed to the customer (labor and spare parts).
  • Invoice the repair file.
  • Deliver the vehicle to the customer.

Required profile :

  • Specialized Technician Diploma in Automotive (BAC+2, equivalent to an Associate's degree or 2-year technical degree).
  • At least 3 years of experience in the automotive sector.
